18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Every individual appearing in either images or videos offered for viewing at nudetits.net was a minimum of 18 years old when the content was produced.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The operator of nudetits.net is not the primary "producer" of any photos or videos of explicit sexual or simulated sexual behavior that may be featured there. With respect to such, the operators restrict their undertakings to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content provided by third-party users. All user-supplied content offered on nudetits.net results from the actions of users of the website, who have control of areas of the website that contain the content. The operators of nudetits.net are therefore released from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Should any content on nudetits.net be found to be illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, offensive or otherwise unacceptable, the website reserves the right, as decided solely by the operator, to remove said content from the site immediately in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

In connection with any content displayed on the website, for which the website operator is deemed to be the “producer” (primary or secondary) as stated in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75, such content is exempt from the conditions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75 because, in addition to other things, it does not portray actual sexually explicit behavior.
